What will my week look like?

  • 3 sessions x 120 minutes therapy divided over three days online or in-person in Port Douglas and Cairns.

  • Intensive therapy has the benefit of fast integration for you. Due to the intensity of the therapy it is highly preferable you do not have commitments such as work, school pick ups or dinner preparation, to name a few.

  • Time in between therapy I highly recommended engaging in physical activities, research shows that physical activity during intensive treatment is an effective method to lower PTSD symptoms. It is important to plan activities during the time outside of therapy such as: sports or creative activities, use of meditation apps you are familiar with, nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner.
